Nice size cameo for a brooch measures 1.36 x 1.1 inches so I consider this a medium size cameo. It has a ring up top so you can use it as a necklace also. Simple frame, I do not see any type of maker or metal marks on this one. Seed pearls surround the bezel. Generally seems in good condition. Any dark spots shown are tarnish, or as we say antiquing.. You can polish this up if you prefer. I do not clean antique items. Age I put as probably 1940's -1950's makes a great gift. Comes gift boxed.
