Vintage Sterling Silver Italian Cameo Hand carved carnelian Conch Shell Brooch F209
This pretty cameo is set in a light weight silver filigree setting. Overall size is about 1.25 x 1 inch. Sterling is stamped on the frame. It has a a locking bar pin on it. In terms of age I put as probably mid century 1950's-1960's make a great gift. Comes gift boxed.
