A pretty real shell cameo and a secret locket. This would make an excellent gift for someone special. Put your picture in there, or the kids, grandkids. Guaranteed to be a winner.  Note that it comes with a removable bezel and a piece of clear plastic. Remove that, put your picture in and cap with the clear dome. The bezel then goes in locking it in place.  We will send it gift boxed. Has a bail attached. Nice, well done cameo. Probably from the 1950's.  The marking in this is on the back side of the bail .....and you practically need a microscope to read it says 1-20 10K GF and the maker mark is PS Co. ....  The P.S. Co. maker’s mark stands for the Plainville Stock Company, an influential American jewelry manufacturer founded in 1884 in Plainville, Massachusetts. Emerging during the height of the New England jewelry manufacturing boom, the company quickly established a reputation for producing high-quality Victorian, Edwardian, and Art Deco pieces—most notably expanding into fine 10K/14K gold, sterling silver, rolled gold plate, and gold-filled items stamped with "1/20 GF" quality marks. Their production spanned a vast range of functional and sentimental adornments, including filigree rings, locket pendants, stickpins, watch brooches, and shell cameos. Plainville Stock Company remained a fixture of American jewelry manufacturing throughout the 20th century, adapting to changing design eras while maintaining its signature stamp (P.S. Co. or P.S.CO.) on fine hardware, bails, and clasps. 

     I do not actually polish or clean these old pieces, may have some tarnish or dust.  In my mind it looks nice that way, because it actually is old. Does have a touch of wear on the back.  Yes that photo has a weird reflection, it is actually in a light box and the dark oval is where the camera is shooting from..  Not overly large, not heavy, good pendant size about 1.5 inches by 1 inch.
