Very Old Antique Small Goldstone Victorian Pin F231
Small goldstone Victorian pin. Measures about 1 inch long. This is a very old pin. Please note the picture of the back of the pin. The hinge shown is called a tube hinge. Hand done. the catch is a simple c-clasp. The safety clasp we all know today was yet to be invented. Also note how long that pin extends out past he stone. Again early marker. Time these were produced was 1850 or earlier. Stone is in great shape for it's age. Nice collector piece. Not marked.
