800 Silver setting with hand carved shell cameo. Comes with a 16 inch sterling chain. Also has a bar pin on the back so can be worn as a brooch if you prefer. Typical of items made in Italy. Very pretty the design. I am guessing it is from the 1930's it is in great antique shape. I do not clean/polish these antique pieces as a lot of the time that is what adds to the character. Comes gift boxed.
