Gorgeous vintage Italian hand-carved carnelian shell cameo featuring a classic lady's profile set in a delicate 12K gold-filled frame.

Measures 1 3/8" long by 1" wide. The back of the setting is stamped on the rim (partially worn from past wear, showing authentic age-appropriate patina and reading 1/20 12K Gold Filled).

Features a versatile swivel-up bail alongside a pin stem with safety clasp, allowing it to be worn comfortably as either a pendant necklace or a brooch.
