Antique Vintage Hand carved Italian Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant gold filled F233
A very, very nice cameo. Has a lovely filigree setting. Marked 1/20 Gold filled. Cameo has a nice detail and is in great shape. It has a fold down swivel bail so you can wear it as a brooch or a pendant. Measures about 1.5 inches in height. This is a great size as it looks good either as a brooch or on a chain. Super nice. Probably from the 1950's. Make an excellent gift. Comes boxed.
