Necklace Neck Wire 17 inch black 249x
Not sure if this would technically be called a neck ring. It is a 1 mm twisted steel wire that has a black plastic covering, flexible but holds it shape well with no kinking. The clasp is a screw closure similar to a barrel clasp.
