25x18mm Vintage German Woman Glass Cameo Reverse Intaglio AB CRYSTAL J140
This is an Intaglio. The design itself is cut into the glass from the back. This is a clear glass piece that has an AB ( aurora borealis ) coating on. struggling to get a photo of it. . The edges of this are faceted and beveled mostly sloping towards the back. Prong settings and wire wrapping, deep bezels or high rim settings are a good choice. A vintage piece no longer being produced. Made in Germany,
