30x23mm Sterling Silver Brooch with Blue Resin Cameo F276

I don't actually recall where I got this. It appears to me to be some type of resin or acrylic cameo. It is translucent. I have also never seen this style before, and I have seen a lot of cameos. So where it originated I do not know. It is also in a sterling setting which strikes me as odd. I only say that because if I wanted to go buy a sterling rope edge setting at todays prices it might be $20 wholesale. Which would make this an expensive cameo at retail. It is a mystery. It has nice color though, design is crisp.
