18x13mm Vintage German Woman Gold Trim Glass Flat Back Cameo J168
This cameo looks very similar to #J166. Note the difference is, it faces left, the profile is bone colored, not iridescent, and the base is actually dark brown imitation glass tortoise shell as opposed to black. Hard to see that in the photo as it is quite dark. Gold trim makes it look elegant. A vintage piece no longer being produced. Made in Germany,
