35mm Vintage German Glass Green Iridescent Butterfly Cabochon Cameo Reverse Intaglio Rare J171

A beautiful piece. No longer made. As far as I know these may be the last available anywhere on the planet,  Make a great centerpiece. This is all glass. Reverse Intaglio of a butterfly. It has a very colorful green iridescent sheen to it. Back is a silver metallic looking finish. It bevels toward the back along the edge. In other words the widest point is along the front edge slope inward a bit towards the back. This cabochon is flat on top and bottom, measures 6mm thick. Not sure if this was originally a jewelry piece. Possibly it was used as a centerpiece for something like a jewelry box, music box. I do not no its origins, Very cool. I have 10pcs of these at the writing of this listings. Also have another listing with a red tone butterfly.
