 2.7 inches tall, 3.5 inches at the widest. Condition: The metal lighter top is fairly spotted and has some tarnish on it. That is the case with everyone of these lighters from the 60's. It doesn't look like it was ever used, mechanically it operates stiffly. Needs oil and some care. The glass: This is a nice design, I do not think it is very common. Very squat in shape. In excellent shape I see no flaws at all.
