I think this is an unusual design. From Murano. Time frame on this probably in the 1960's sometime. Size is 4.5inches tall, about 3.5 inches across. Condition: This has a couple little dings in it, one right near the bottom, one about .5 inches up from there. Examined under a strong light it shows a number of scratches or abrasions, The bottom where those handles end are a bit rough. I think they were probably made that way. The top metal lighter part is in good shape, better then most, Does not work though, I don't think it has ever been used. It fits kind of loosely in the pan so easy to remove.
